TAXES, IMMIGRATION and SCHOOLS

Jack and Pete will sign the Grover Norquist Pledge, committing to “NO NEW TAXES!”

Jack and Pete will sign the Grover Norquist Pledge, committing to “NO NEW TAXES!”

Our goal goes beyond just saying, "No New Taxes." The only way to reinstate prosperity in New Jersey is to cut taxes, and the only path to growth is to reduce business taxes. We are dedicated to taking bold action. Twenty-two states have streamlined their personal income tax by either eliminating the tax entirely or adopting a flat-rate structure., We believe we can do the same in New Jersey.

We Support a "Parents' Bill of Rights"

Redefine priorities, focusing on core curriculum and student remediation.

Revise the New Jersey Student Learning Standards to eliminate gender ideology, climate change, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).

Taxpayer dollars should not be spent on social justice programs; these initiatives will be defunded, prioritizing responsible use of public funds.

Parents are to be immediately informed of any medical or psychological anomalies exhibited by their child while at school.

No secrets!

Additionally, girls’ private changing areas and locker rooms, as well as girls’ sports, will be reserved for females only.

We Support a "Parents' Bill of Rights"

With Democrats at the helm, the state budget has increased by $20 billion in just eight years.  Even so, the budget for 2025 is still $1 billion short, requiring decisive action to balance it. We will reduce spending, tackle our state pension issue, and ensure that tax dollars are not used to fund offshore wind projects. Additionally, we will eliminate all non-essential expenses while protecting our municipalities. Let's take the necessary steps to secure a stronger financial future for New Jersey.

We Support a "Parents' Bill of Rights"

We support voter ID in New Jersey.

We support legislation requiring citizens to re-register to vote every five years.

This ensures that voter information remains accurate and up to date..

We support leveraging artificial intelligence to improve the accuracy of New Jersey's voter rolls. We will use AI to identify unusual voting patterns, monitor mail-in and absentee ballots, and conduct audits and post-election analyses.

We propose the creation of ...

School Building Security - Statewide Standards

There are gaps in standardization.

New Jersey has no uniform standard for school building security. Some districts have advanced protections, while others — especially smaller ones — leave students exposed with outdated or minimal safeguards.

We will propose legislation to establish a statewide Office of School Safety and Security, ensuring that every school building is upgraded and hardened to national best-practice standards, regardless of the district or ZIP code.

Every child deserves a secure environment to learn and grow. This is not optional — it’s fundamental.

School safety must be a top priority, not just a talking point.

Real action. Right now.

The Children's Anti-Pornography Bill

Weston’s Bill - The Anti-Fentanyl Bill for Children

Weston’s Bill - The Anti-Fentanyl Bill for Children

Every parent will be faced with the day when their son or their daughter stumbles upon pornography. The average age now is 10 years old, and it is almost always discovered by accident.  Once innocence is lost, it is gone forever.

If the Children’s Anti-Pornography Bill (A4146) is passed in New Jersey, PornHub and other pornographic websites will be mandated to block access to minor children from accessing their content. Failure to comply will result in severe fines and potential lawsuits from parents. I am proud to work with a team of concerned parents from New Jersey to help write and advocate for this important bill to be brought to the floor of the state assembly.

I hope we have your support.

Weston’s Bill - The Anti-Fentanyl Bill for Children

Weston’s Bill - The Anti-Fentanyl Bill for Children

This law is intended to act as a deterrent for drug dealers operating in New Jersey. Any dealer who sells fentanyl that leads to the death of a minor child in the state, whether intentional or not, will face a mandatory life sentence without the possibility of parole. Previously, the maximum sentence was 20 years.

This bill serves as a warning to dealers to reconsider selling fentanyl in New Jersey. I am proud to collaborate with a team of concerned parents from New Jersey on this original legislation. One of our team members lost their 15-year-old son, Weston, to fentanyl poisoning. We hope that enacting this bill will prevent such tragedies from happening again in the Garden State.

I hope we have your support with this bill.
